Sorry for the confusion with not being able to download the resolutions before. Here are the 2014 Party Caucus Common Core Resolution forms. You will need the resolution form specific to your party, as well as the Whereas page for the specifics on the resolution.
The Whereas page is what needs to get read at your Caucus, during the resolution introductions if possible, as it spells out the specific reasons for the opposition to Common Core.
